契約後、何の通知もなく別の会社（europecars）に依頼を回されました。問題が起きても全く連絡が取れず、対応してもらえませんでした。本当にひどい経験でした。帰国後、ネットでこの詐欺会社を告発する予定です。

空港でのシャトルバスの案内がわかりにくく、徒歩で行きました。行列が多く整理券を取る必要がありますが、実際にはとても混乱していました。説明なしで料金が差し引かれたこともありました。返却地点が変更されたが、更新されていないため見つけることができませんでした。

まあまあだけど、アウディA3を決めて、店員さんが車をくれたときにトヨタのヤレックスをもらおうと思って、一秒でフォードのフォックスレスに乗り換えることを問い詰めて、時間を無駄にしないように納得してくれた。フォックスはまだよくて空間が大きい。だからレンタカーの内容を明確にする。

私たちのフライトが1時間半遅れたため、事前にレンタカー会社に連絡して状況を説明しましたが、レンタカー会社は既にピックアップ時間を過ぎていたため、現地で再度お金を払ってレンタカーを借りる必要があると言われました。お金を払ったのにこんな理屈があるとは思いませんでした。現地に到着すると、現場はたくさんの人で混雑しており、待ち時間は平均1時間程度でした。カウンターのスタッフの対応は良かったです。彼と話し合い、残っている自動車をすべて受け入れることにしました。結局、トヨタの車を手に入れました。唯一不快だったのは、スタッフが会社の保険を買わせようとしつこく説得してきたことです。私はすでにすべての保険を購入したと言いましたが、何度も話し合わなければならず、少し面倒でした。

絶対にこのレンタカー会社は使わないでください！まるで詐欺です！私たちは1日遅れて車を取りに行ったため、予約がキャンセルされたのは理解できます。しかし、このレンタカー会社は私たちを騙してさらに借りるように仕向けました。2日間で200ユーロ以上の保険料を支払い、最初は返金されると言われて、前払いだと思っていました。しかし、支払った後でそれが保険だと知らされました。私はその場で借りるのをやめると言いましたが、女性のスタッフは既に支払ったからキャンセルできないと言い張りました。さらに、車は予約していたものとは違い、日付も異なり、すべての費用は店頭で全額支払いました。その時、以前の予約はキャンセルされていると明確に言いましたが、彼女は古い予約を使い続けました。そのせいで車を借りる前に払った保険も使えませんでした。本当にこんなにひどいレンタカー会社は見たことがありません。絶対に避けるべきです！

完全な詐欺会社です。車を借りるときに予約していた車種がなく、プラグインハイブリッド車にアップグレードするように勧められました。返却の際に店員は親切にすべてが問題ないと言い、鍵を車の中に置いて帰って良いと言われました。ところが、翌日検査表を受け取り、プラグインハイブリッド車の充電銃2本を紛失したと通知され、合計1100ユーロを請求されました。メールでの交渉も無視され、5営業日後に契約に基づき1100ユーロが直接引き落とされました。

車の受け取り時間が長過ぎます。先に他の顧客がいる場合、まずモバイルアプリで情報を入力し、その顧客が終わってからでないとスタッフが対応してくれません。店舗には車の出入り口が一つしかありませんので、出車の際に返車が重なると、待たされることになります。

1. 実際の車種が異なった 2. スタッフの英語が苦手で、コミュニケーションに問題があった 3. 自社保険を強く勧められ、料金はレンタカー費用と同程度でした。また、第三者の保険（例えばZUZUCHEが提供するもの）を購入した場合でも、事故が発生したときの修理証明を提供せず、第三者保険に証拠を提出して請求することができないと言われました。最終的に保険料を支払わないと出発できず、ずっと同じことを延々と説明されました。

Alamoナポリにあるトヨタ・ハイブリッドのほとんど新しい車を持っていたところ、車体にはっきりと4か所の傷が見つかった。Ipadに表示されていることを指摘した。長い間、太陽の下で待っていたので、彼女のIpadはインターネットに接続できないことが多かったので、私の主人はいちいちチェックしないでサインした。3日後にフィレンツェで車を返したとき、二箇所のスクラッチは以前には表示されていなかったという。一つは我々が発見したことのある大きなスクラッチで、もう一つはフロントバンパーの一番下の黒いゴムのバーにある、発見しにくいスクラッチだという。車を利用する3日間の過程で、私達はすべて正規の駐車場に駐車して、夜はすべて室内の公共の駐車場あるいは私的な院内の駐車場で、いかなる交通の接触もなかった。しかし、車屋との交渉では、私たちが作ったものでないことが確認できないとのことで、非常に腹立たしい!!!この車屋からレンタカーを借りるのならば、車を一寸ごとに高さを写しておく必要があるような気がして仕方がない。車を取りに行くとき、運転手がミスをしたり、わざと傷をつけないようにしたり、車を返したりするとき、運転手は車の下に突っ込もうとしている。このレンタカーはもう協力しないで! ! !

店員は勤務態度が非常に悪く、保険を押し売りし、保険を買わないと店員から白眼視されたり、冷やかされたりする。レンタカーを借りて二日目に車をなくし、正規駐車した。しかも二時間で姿を消した。二日目に店に行き、従業員に問題を説明したところ、従業員から皮肉られた。警察署に連絡したところ、レンタカー会社と警察署の密かな連絡があった。レンタカー会社は手続きを終えた翌日に契約終了まで新車を渡すと約束したが、翌日にはまったく渡さないなど、従業員の態度は非常に悪い。
