U-Save Bergamo-Orio al Serio International Airport is located just outside the airport. Upon arrival, exit the terminal through Exit No. 1. Immediately after the sliding doors, turn left and follow the sidewalk. When the sidewalk ends, continue walking straight along the small asphalt road. The total walking distance is approximately 400 meters. At the end of the asphalt road (you'll see a yellow cylindrical concrete bollard on the ground), turn right and use the pedestrian zebra crossing to cross the road. You will then reach Parking P1 EST, the designated meeting point for all external parking shuttle buses. The U-Save shuttle will be available there. Our Orio Al Serio Airport car rental office is right outside the Arrivals Gate: you can reach us by simply following the walkway. The car park is located inside the P3 car park at Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, which can be reached by following the signs for "P3 car park - autonoleggi car rental". The car park is also connected to the airport by 2 shuttles which leave every 10 minutes.

T-Rocをレンタル予約したのに、代わりにディーゼル版のアウディQ2が提供されました。車両の状態は良好でした。装備はそれほど充実しておらず、クルーズコントロールとリアセンサーは付いていますが、サンルーフはありませんでした。

保険について確認がありましたが、すでにQEEQで購入済みだと答えると手続きがスムーズに進みました。並ぶ必要もありませんでした。チャイルドシートの費用も最終的に返金されました。特に保証金は象徴的な0.01元だけでした。車両の状態も良好でした。

保険は必要かと聞いたことがあるが、売り込みはしていないし、車種が変わったのが気に入らないし、雪胎が装着されていないので、山に登るのが大変だった。

車は走行距離5000km程度で、新車同様でした。車を受け取る際のスタッフの対応も非常に良く、第三者が加入したフル保険の説明があり、追加のセールスや隠れた料金は一切ありませんでした。ただし、空港を出て短距離の無料シャトルバスに乗る必要がありました。バス停はすぐ外にあり、約5分で駐車場に到着しました。その後、無事にドライブ旅行を始めることができました。

レンタカーを借りた際に保険の状況が十分に説明されていなかったため、返済した後に請求額を下げる保険料を請求された。顧客サービスの英語力が向上する必要があります。

小さい車はとても力があり,山に出くわして山に出くわし,坂に出くわして坂を登る。従業員もいいし、私たちに問題があることを心配して、わざわざ車の車を指導します。いいね。 車が新しくて、1万キロにもならないようだ。とてもいい
