Other than the waiting to pick up the rental was really long - the place was packed that day - the overall experience with Dollar is satisfying.the SUV was in good shape;we had a Chevron Equinox first in LA,and changed later into a Nissan Murano in San Francisco because the Equinox has a flat tire. the exchange of vehicle was quickly processed. SUVs are not really clean inside,butザッツ、イージー・to fix by ourselves .

車を返すときは便利だが、ダラーのシャトルバスは少し少なく、空港行きのバスはどれも待たなければならない。手続きをする時、黒人のおばさんはたくさんの保険を推薦して、彼女の誘導に耐えられなくてやはり付加保険を買って、後で考えても何の役にも立たないので、今度車を持ってくる時みんなは自分の立場を堅持して、誘導されて何の役にも立たない保険を買った。全体的に悪くありません!

車を取る時は人が多いですが、サービスがいいので、お金を貼ってもっと大きい車に換えました。車を返す時、スタッフは私達の荷物が多いことを見て、自分から空港に送って、とても親切です。

ロサンゼルス空港で車を持ち上げることができるのは極めて限られていて、トヨタを選択した後、途中で保養警報、ブレーキ警報、タイヤ警報はすべて点灯し、タイヤを切ると磨耗が深刻である。ソルトレイクセンターに連絡して乗り換えたが、担当者は不思議に思っていた。このような状況の車を取引先に渡すべきではなく、非常に危険なことだ。
