Other than the waiting to pick up the rental was really long - the place was packed that day - the overall experience with Dollar is satisfying.the SUV was in good shape;we had a Chevron Equinox first in LA,and changed later into a Nissan Murano in San Francisco because the Equinox has a flat tire. the exchange of vehicle was quickly processed. SUVs are not really clean inside,butザッツ、イージー・to fix by ourselves .
