ミュンヘンの空港の従業員の態度が悪いのは、その日の人の多さや他の理由からかもしれない。私の予定していた車種がなくなったので、アップグレードしてあげました。ブラチスラヴァ空港で返した車は、土曜日の週には出勤せず、レンタカーの紙や鍵まで小さな窓に放り込んでしまった。
もいい。携帯電話は車種を変えるたびにすべての情報を書き直す予定で、ちょっと面倒だ。

サービスは普通、車を取る時直接カードに書いて自分で取りに行きます。せめて誰かが持ってきて、車のところに連れて行って、ちょっと紹介してくれるくらいのものはあると思う。自分で車を探して半日、駐車場を出ても出られなかった。駐車カードと書いてあったのは駐車カードだった。
