車の受け渡しが予定時間より少し遅れました。また、私がずっと希望していたのは6人乗りの車であるのに対し、提供されたのは7人乗りの車でした。価格もソフト上で表示されていたものと異なっており、事前に連絡を受けた際に何度も確認したにもかかわらず、最終的に受け取ったのは7人乗りだったのが少し残念です。

今回はチップ付きのクレジットカードがなく保証金を支払えなかったため、車を引き取れないところでしたが、店舗のスタッフが別の方法で保証金を処理してくれました。ただし返金まで1か月かかりましたが、すでに返金され、スタッフの対応に非常に満足しています。

走行距離1万Km程度と新車に近い状態のいい車でした。スタッフも親切で、余計なオープションを勧められることはありませんでした。車内にはUSB端子が多数ついており充電等に非常に便利でした。
