When we arrived the Belgrade Airport, initially he told us that the car was not available. he said it need to come tomorrow to get the car. As we have advised their office that my flight was delayed,we could not come to take car as scheduled, we have told them that we might come to take car tomorrow so the car was not available !!!
After some vigorous talk,he gave the car accordingly .
