Alamo use the same reception desk as Enterprise company,the reception is very hospital and changed a Mecedes Benz V car which is big enough to put all our luggages inside. Overall process of renting and getting car is very impressive and efficient. But Ifaced a big problem when return the car. There observed a slight scratch around 10mm length on the front engine cover. Then the reception lady said I had to pay 1000 Euro since I bought a 1000 Eurodeductable insurrance. I argued with this lady for a while since no evidence to prove the scratch took place because of me or it existed when I receive the car. because based on the experience,I never check all the car surface so detailed even for a slight scratches. But the lady insist to deduct 1000 Euro,and I received the paid record of 1000 Euros from my credit card last week.——It」s a significant cheat and deceived by Alamo or Enterprise company I think,because the lady never explain to us about this for the insurrance for details and never check the surface details of the car. Very angry about this…

のレンタカー便利です、国際免許認証件も無料で提供した。音声サービスも専門的です。 ひとつ、探途地図はあまり使いにくいようですが、先にダウンロードしたgoogleマップが役に立ちます。
