I asked if I can rent the car for an extra 30 minutes and she saidyes but cannot quote me the price and said that I will know the extra fee for the 30 minutes when I return the car. She mocked me for booking the car through your platform and "Suggested" me not tochoose your company next time and book the car from budget directly next time . i said i will not choose budget next time and she said that ' s a good idea .

業務に不慣れだったのか、コンピュータに問題があったのか、車を取りに来た従業員が大半の時間を待った。クレジットカードも2回塗りましたが、お金の取り立てはしませんでした。態度もあまりよくなく、質問に答えるのが面倒だった。
