International Terminal 1.Upon arrival, phone 0800 93 50 50 and let us know that you are ready to be picked up (airport free phones are located at the baggage claim areas). 2.Apex shuttle pick-ups at Auckland Airport’s International Terminal are from the Transport Pick-up Zone, a short, covered walk from the terminal. 3.Exit the terminal via DOOR 5 located in the Arrivals hall. 4.The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the Transport Pick-up Zone. 5.The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. 6.When the van arrives. The driver will help you load your luggage into the back of van or into the trailer. 7.Our rental location is a 10 minute drive from the Auckland Airport International Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time). Domestic Terminal 1.Upon arrival, phone 0800 93 50 50 and let us know that you are ready to be picked up (airport free phones are located at the baggage claim areas). 2.Proceed through the exit DOOR 8, which is located at the JETSTAR CHECK IN end of the terminal. 3.Use the pedestrian crossing on the far left of the terminal and go to the OFF AIRPORT PICK UP point to wait for our van. If you are unsure where the OFF AIRPORT PICK UP point is located, please ask the information desk for assistance. 4.When the van arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer. 5.Our rental location is 10 minutes’ drive from the Auckland Domestic Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time).
