After hours: call our after-hours agent, Heartland Hotel, on (09) 275 4540. Domestic Terminal: To meet your shuttle, exit the terminal through door 8 near the Jetstar arrivals. Head across the pedestrian crossing to the far lane. Our driver will meet you in the off-airport pick-up area. International terminal： To meet your shuttle, head to exit Door 8, cross the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign “Off-Site Shuttle Transfers”. Carry on until you reach the Off-Site Transfer Area. Once you have arrived, please follow the sign “Shuttle 5 & 6” and wait at Shuttle Lane 5 for your collection.
