Once you are on the skywalk, continue to the elevators in the multistory carpark, to the right of the escalators (located in the middle). The rental car counter is located on level 1 (Car Rental), to the right side of the multi-story carpark if you are facing away from the terminal. International Airport After Exiting through the custom security doors into the arrivals hall, turn right and walk approximately 20m to the rental car counter.

Instructions for Brisbane Shuttle Bus Service Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. [Domestic Terminal] Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. If these counters are unattended, please proceed to the main Europcar booth which is located in the car park directly opposite the terminal by crossing the Skybridge and then taking the lifts located at the far end to 'Level 1, Car Rentals'.The Europcar booth is located at the far end of the car park, accessible by the pedestrian walkway.
