After arriving at the Gold Coast Airport, collecting your luggage, and clearing customs, call JUCY at +64 9 600 1032 and press Option 1 for a free shuttle transfer. There is a free shuttle service to ferry you to and from the Ace Rental Cars location, this runs from 8am until 4.30pm. Instructions for Gold Coast Shuttle Bus Service 1. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. 2. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. 3. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. 4. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours.
