UPON YOUR ARRIVAL "Once you have collected your luggage, call +61 3 6165 0838 and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. PROCEED TO COACH PARK AREA FROM THE TERMINAL Please exit the arrival area. On the right side, you'll find a sign and a walkway that leads to the Charter Bus Transfer. 空港までの送り迎えもいいし、車もきれいだし、はっきり言っている。私たちの英語のようだし、オーストラリア訛りもあるし、電話もよく聞こえないし、現場でもいい。また彼らのチャイルドシートの选択肢が小さいが、またあまりきれいで、一日九刀、贵の加算税は、我々自身、デパートで买った一地代より安い

私たちは空港ホテルに泊まり、ホテルまで迎えに来てくれる。車を返しても直接ホテルに返しますから、鍵はホテルのフロントに置いてあります。便利です。

レンタカーのスタッフを知る私は初めてオーストラリアレンタカー、私にとても详しい注意事項を紹介し、口车か注意検査車両破損し、4つの角度とが壊れたところを撮るなら、一里塚となるも撮るなら、車は時を満タン、領収証満足

6月24日の朝、ダーウィン空港のEuropcarカウンターで車の受け取り手続きをしました。カウンターには唯一のスタッフ（おそらくインド系）がいましたが、非常に非専門的で、不適切であり、また不親切でした。 1. 基本的な商業原則が欠如しており、契約を尊重しない。私は車を受け取る前にレンタルプラットフォームで注文をし、既に大部分のレンタル料金を支払いました。残金はカウンターで支払う予定でした。ダウンロードして印刷した注文書をこのインド系の人物に渡しましたが、彼はそれを認めず、新しい料金を計算し、元の注文よりも高い料金を請求してきました。何度説明しても無駄でした。 2. 協力企業への信頼と尊重が欠如している。レンタルプラットフォームのカスタマーサービスに二度電話し、このインド系の人物と直接コミュニケーションを取りましたが、効果はありませんでした。彼は電話を終えた後も、レンタルプラットフォームが間違っていると繰り返し言いました。 3. 基本的なルール意識が欠如している。規定によれば、車を受け取る際に契約書にサインする必要がありますが、このインド系の人物は忙しいと理由をつけて現場で契約書にサインしませんでした。次の日に契約書をメールで送ると言いましたが、契約書なしで車を借りるのは違法です。もし何か問題があった場合、車の合法な所有権を証明することができません。 4. 基本的な誠実さと職業倫理が欠如している。(一)このインド系の人物は次の日に契約書を送ると約束しましたが、送ってきませんでした。契約書の電子版を手に入れたのは10日後、レンタルプラットフォームを通して手に入れました。(二)彼は私の前で契約書を作成せず、私が車を受け取った際にも契約書を見ず、サインもしませんでした。しかし、彼は私の運転免許証の電子署名を契約書にコピーし、完全に偽造しました。 5. 矛盾を転嫁し、仲違いを挑発する。私と話し合っている時間が長引いたため、列が長くなりました。彼は後ろに並んでいる人々に対して「私が何も分からず、彼が何度も説明しなければならなかった」と繰り返し言いました。 6. レンタルプラットフォームの一部のカスタマーサービスの対応が不適切。何度も説明しても効果がなく、カスタマーサービスとインド系の人物の二度の交渉も無駄に終わりました。私はカスタマーサービスにキャンセルを求めましたが、カスタマーサービスは既に受け取り時間を過ぎている（当時11時33分で3分過ぎていた）ので、キャンセルするなら全額請求されると言われました。インド系の人物が現場でレンタルプラットフォームの注文を認めず、値上げをしたうえに新しい契約書も提供しない。そしてレンタルプラットフォームは必ず車を受け取らなければならないと言い、注文をキャンセルできないと言いました。これでは顧客をもてあそぶことになりませんか？！

カウンターには係員がいないので電話に出ない。30分余り待ってから、ようやく人が来て車を運んで、これまで不合理な値上げ要求をたくさん出して、すべて拒絶されてから態度が悪い。 帰国後、Eurocarからクレームメールが届き、フロントガラスが破損していたことが判明したが、この破損はその場で発見されたものではなかった。僕が車を持っていたとき、eurocarのスタッフが同乗していたが、車の外観条件は良好で、このような被害はなかったという。帰国後にクレームを受け、相手の会社が詐欺行為だと疑いました。まだ処理中なので、Qeeqが積極的に調整してほしいと思います。
