とても良かったです。空港から遠くなく、ターミナルを出て2分ほどでシャトルバス停に到着。数分ごとのバスでAlamoレンタカー場に行きました。3人ほど並んでいましたが、私の手続きも合わせて7〜8分ほどで終わりました。QEEQの予約番号と運転免許証、クレジットカードを提出するだけでした（私はカリフォルニアの運転免許証を持っていたので他の書類の提出は求められませんでしたが、隣の韓国の方はパスポートを提出していました）。営業所から駐車場に出て車を選んで出発しました。
