We booked SUV but limited choices of car are available, only 1 Toyota and 1 Ford and they look old, cos no built in GPS for the both cars,we finally decided to pay for upgrade the car type so to have a better car wand with GPS. a bit disappointed as we chose Budget becos the price is more compatible but at the end we paid the same likeother rental companies willオファー.

追加で189ドルも請求され、さらにひどかったのは車のタイヤの状態です。タイヤ4本がほとんど廃棄寸前で、内側のワイヤーが見えていました。当日の夜は気づかず、その翌日はワシントンで観光し、3日目の日中にようやくタイヤの問題に気づきました。2カ所回ってようやく車を交換しました。そしてもう一つは100ドルの片道料金の過剰請求です。私は契約書にこの費用が含まれていると思いました。ワシントンで車を受け取り、ボストンで交換したので、その料金は含まれているはずです。

ネットでレンタルして、本当はフォードだと思っていたのに、車を持っていったらJeePだった!後日、スバルを交換した。車は新しいはずだった。千マイルにも満たない低スペックで、性能も悪くなかった。四日間運転しても問題はなかった。ただ車を返した時に時間通りに着くことができなくて、1時間余り遅れて、結局1日の費用を多く払って、少し不合理なようです!
インターネット予約の廻りは車、車費用が地元のよりも高い。空港に着いたとき、車は僕らを車のレンタカーに乗せてくれた。運転手はサービスがよくて、荷物を持ってくれた。
