店舗に着いて取車カードを渡されましたが、予約した車が見つかりませんでした。夜遅く雪が降った後で誰も案内してくれず、長い間探した後、店舗に戻って質問しました。カウンターの店員さんは非常に不親切で、自分で外に探しに行っても見つからない結果になりました。その車はそもそも駐車場にありませんでした。最後は適当に別の車を交換されました。

サービスはまあまあでしたが、言葉の壁があって、適切な通行料の支払い方法を選べませんでした。通行料代行手数料として1回あたり5ドルは高すぎます！
