I read some dreadful yelp reviews beforehand saying the wait and the service are horrible and I was a bit concerned. Thankfully,it was not the case when we got there. the wait was not bad (might be a seasonal thing…we were in Oahu 6/13-6/17) and the representative was very polite. we got in line around 2:45pm and finished all the paperwork and got the key around 3:05pm (some reviews say they had to wait in linefor >1hr). Car pickup is just upstairs of the same parking complex and it did not take us long to find our rental Car . the time spent from waiting in line to driving off the airport with the rentalcar was inincreasingnumbers than 1 hour .

this is my first timeブッキングa rental car with zhuzhuche and it was positive experience a . i would definitely use their serviceアゲインin the future !
