強制的で、顧客を欺く行為です。Rentalsのサイトで全ての保険を購入したのに、現地で車を借りる際にさらに多くの保険オプションを追加され、口頭で明確に説明せずに、単に署名を求められました。以前アメリカでレンタカーを利用した時は、こういう強制的な保険の追加はありませんでした。
