最悪の評価です。元々AVISを選んだのは評価が高かったからですが、この会社は本当に乱料金を取ります。スタッフの態度も非常にいい加減で、到着すると封筒だけ渡され、中には契約書と鍵が入っているだけで、契約内容についての説明は全くありませんでした。時間通りに車を返した際、引き渡しに15分も待たされましたが、鍵を渡すとすぐに「大丈夫です、行ってください」と言われました。その後、1時間遅れたとして不正に追加料金を請求されました。車を返した時間には既に他の都市に向かう飛行機に乗っていました。搭乗券の写真も後に送ったのに、10日経っても何も回答がありませんでした。

車を取った時のイケメンは特に褒められました!博多空港のカウンターに着いたのは二時間前だった。まだ到着していないので、ロビーで待っていた。そのうち、イケメンが僕らを訪ねてきて、車が来たと言ったら、車をもらうことができる!お兄ちゃんはイケメン以外にも心温まる!
