車を取りに行く時は人が少し列を作って、従業員は車を専門に渡して、トルドー空港で取った車、車の受け渡しも速いです。車を受け取る前に、聞きたいことを整理しておくと、ほかにどんなことがあるのかというスタッフからの質問に、意外なことがあった。車を取った後、駐車場を出てゲート口でカードを取り、50メートル先の次のゲート口出口で取ったカードを戻すだけでゲートを出て、その後、楽しく運転した。
