After collecting your baggage, stay inside and turn right to walk past the Long White Cloud cafe. Turn left at the Escalator following the sign for the check-in hall. Continue to the end of the hall towards the Regional Terminal and exit through Door 2 on your left. Walk 5 metres straight ahead to the collection point and wait for the pink and blue GO shuttle to collect you. If you would like to fast track your vehicle collection, please complete web check-in https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or download the GO Rentals App and complete the check-in there https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app Drop off: Simply Park in our designated drop-off area and pop into the office to return the keys. Please ensure the car is being returned at the correct location, date and time, that the car has been refueled and all personal belongings have been removed. Our Team will then shuttle you to the Airport After Hours (5pm - 8am): Pick up: We have special instructions for your after-hours pick-up. Your car will be ready and waiting for you at the Enterprise Rentals counter conveniently located in the international arrivals hall. To pick up your car: You must have completed your check-in process at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If you're flying in, proceed into the international arrivals hall and the Enterprise counter is located beside the Spark counter. One of the friendly team will assist with your booking. Drop off: Enterprise Rentals 30 Durey Road, Christchurch Airport, Christchurch 8053 09-8703330 All afterhours drop offs are made at Enterprise Rentals, Christchurch Airport. Simply deliver your car back to the airport, follow the signs for the rental car returns. Take a left turn. Drive over the walk way and the Enterprise returns area is on the left side. Leave the keys at the Enterprise counter located in the terminal by walking in door #8. If he counter is unmanned, leave the keys in the returns box.
