Christchurch International & Domestic Terminal 1.Once you have collected your luggage, please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0064 9217 1001). 2.Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures) 3.Please wait at courtesy shuttle area which is outside Door 2. And wait for the shuttle vans and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling service charge (NZD$25). The nearest gas station to our Christchurch Airport branch is BP 661 Russley Road Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle. Note: The last free shuttle is leaving at 17:30. If you request for shuttle drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

    とても親切で心遣いがありました。車を受け取る時に道路交通法の説明をしてくれました。新しい国の交通法に慣れるためにもう一度勉強し、ニュージーランドの交通法試験66問中60問正解で合格ですが、私は92点を取りました。運転経験がある方でも、急がずにもう一度勉強して試験を受けてから道路に出ることをお勧めします。私も勉強して試験を受けてから南島を8日間自家用車で回り、何の問題や罰金もなく、駐車違反の罰金もありませんでした。
