Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0064 3420 2878). 2. Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures) 3. Please wait at courtesy shuttle area which is outside Door 2. And wait for the shuttle vans and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Working hour Drop-off instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm): Working hour return address: 152 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch 8053. Dropping off your rental car at our Christchurch Airport branch is super simple, the key things to remember are: 1. Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling charge (NZD$25). The nearest gas station to our Christchurch Airport branch is the Mobil station on 75 Orchard Road 2. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. ​After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.

    レンタルプロセスは非常に簡単で、車両の受け取り手続きも事前にカスタマーサービスが詳細に教えてくれました。車の新しさはレンタル時に自分で選んだので、特に驚きはありませんでした。しかし、車の状態は非常に良く、運転の感覚も自然で全く不快感がありませんでした。南島を14日間走りましたが、全て順調でした。「走れなくならないトヨタ」という言葉を信じました。返却もスムーズで、スタッフが空港まで送ってくれてサービスが良かったです。総じて満足です。
