カウンターで冬用タイヤの有料サービスを積極的に勧められました。（事前にQEEQカスタマーサービスに確認した際には、何度か確認した後に無料だと言われました。この点に関してはQEEQとレンタカー会社のコミュニケーションに誤解があったのかもしれません）

レンタカー会社が不当な料金を請求してきます。返却前に注意して、クレジットカードを先に凍結することをお勧めします。レンタカー会社が運営する詐欺行為です。ダッジチャージャーとカムリは異なるクラスの車ですが、レンタカー会社では同じクラスとして扱われます。レンタルする際に注意してください。

レンタカーの受け取りはスムーズで、スタッフも親切でした。Dollar社のスタッフが車を回収しチェックした際、問題なしとされ、引渡書が返されました。レシートをメールで送ると言われたのですが、翌日に通常の通行料や保険料に加えて40カナダドルの洗車料金が加算されていることが分かりました。我々は全く車内で食事をしたり、飲酒や喫煙をしたりしていませんでしたし、タバコの臭いがあればその場でスタッフに指摘されるべきです。それにもかかわらず、事後に架空の料金を請求されています。現在も調整中で、結果待ちの状態です。ですので、車を受け取る際と返す際には自分で車の状態を撮影し、スタッフと対面で確認することをお勧めします。後のトラブルを避けるためです。今後、私はもうDollar社を選ぶことはありません。

ハーツのサービスは良かったです。待ち時間が短く、車の引き渡しも迅速でした。トロント空港はT1に到着する便だったのでT1で車を受け取りましたが、問題なくスムーズに受け取ることができました。帰国便はT3からだったので、返却時の案内もとても丁寧で良かったです。空港の標識に従って進むと、簡単に返却場所が見つかり、返却手続きも問題なく完了しました。メールアドレスを残しておくと、返却に関する情報もすぐに受け取ることができ、とても満足です。

車両が比較的新しく、受け取ったときの走行距離は17000キロでした。一つだけ残念だったのは、新しい車なのにCarPlayがなかったことです。手続きを終えてからそれに気づきました。レンタカー会社は車を交換できると伝えましたが、再手続きが必要で時間がかかるのを心配して交換しませんでした。そのため、全行程でスマホのナビしか使えず、音楽も聞けませんでした。他はとても良かったです。

全体的なサービスはまあまあですが、車は3日目にエンジンの警告ランプが黄色になったので、自分はトロントを離れてネットで調べてみたが大丈夫だと思いませんでしたが、不安で地元の店を探してみて、問い合わせてみたところ、行に異常がなければ大丈夫だと言われました。

車を受け取るとき、夜の11時近くでした。店舗にはスタッフが一人だけで、私以外に他のお客はいませんでしたので、待たずにすみました。予約したのは中型SUVで、実際に現地で受け取ったのは三菱RVRという車で、以前国内では見たことがありませんでした。燃費が非常に良く、6日間使用して空港に返車する直前に一度ガソリンを補給しただけで済みました。車を受け取る際に詳しく確認しませんでしたが、翌日に右前のフェンダーが浮いているのを発見しました。これは前からあったものでしょう。幸い返車時にスタッフも特に注意を払っていませんでした。（予約時にQEEQで補償保険を購入しましたので、もしレンタカー会社が請求してもQEEQ保険でカバーされます）。全体的に満足です。

レンタカーの受け取り場所は空港の外にあり、スタッフが送迎を担当してくれました。サービスもまあまあ良かったです。しかし、場所がわかりにくく、スタッフのアクセントが強いため、コミュニケーションがスムーズではなく、見つけるのに時間がかかりました。

ネット上のプラットフォームは7時に車を持って、25ナイフの費用をプラスすると言って、国際運転免許証通訳long term長期有効、認めないで、交渉して1時間、最後に準備して放棄して、また受け入れることに同意して、十分に1時間以上やって、体験の印象がひどくて、感じは人を陥れたいです。このレンタカーは強くおすすめしません!
