For Customers Flying into Liverpool Airport. Option 1: Free Car Park (Drop-Off 2 Car Park) From the main entrance of the airport, turn left and walk straight down the pedestrian pavement. Continue walking until you see a roundabout on your right. Keep following the pedestrian pavement until you reach the ""Drop off 2"" area, a free car park. Enter this car park and look for the red pedestrian path leading towards the bike stand. We will pick you up from the bike stand area. Once you arrive, call the Green Motion front desk at 0151 230 1131 to arrange collection. Option 2: Premium Express Car Park (with a --pound--5.00 fee) This car park is directly outside the main terminal and is a premium express pick up point. We will pick you up from the blue shelter inside the express car park, located near the yellow submarine. Please note there is a --pound--5.00 airport barrier charge to be paid by the customer before exiting the car park."

レンタカー会社のサービスと対応は良かったですが、日曜日に店舗で車を受け取る際、スタッフが事前に知らせずに到着してからしか来ないという状況がありました。そのため、車を受け取るために店舗に行った際、誰もいないのを見て本当に焦りました。

最初の時間に借りた車は、車がなく、同じクラスの予備車も何もなかった。完全にボコボコにされてしまった。休日が駄目になったので、次の三日で引き上げるしかなかった。

元々mercedes eを予約していたのに、最終的に“同等”とされるvolvo xc60に変更された。手続きをする時には何も言わず、鍵を受け取った瞬間に変更されたことが判明。 車を受け取った際に、隣にmercedes eと同等クラスのjaguar xfや少し劣るmercedes cが停まっているのを発見。苦情を申し立てに戻る（オフィスから駐車場までは片道少なくとも600メートル）も、絶対に交換してくれなかった。しかも態度が非常に悪かった。 この苦情は現在処理中で、返金を待っている。
