After collecting your baggage, please phone 0161 886 8610. The rental agent will ask for your name, confirm the terminal you have arrived at and give you instructions on where to meet the dedicated Arnold Clark shuttle bus. Please do not use the car rental village shuttle bus as we provide our own dedicated service and are not situated in the village. We are however situated less than half a mile from the car rental village and our journey time from the terminal should take no longer than five minutes.

Upon arrival to Manchester Airport (Flight Only), please call 0161 488 3000 once you have collected your luggage to request the on-demand shuttle service. We will advise you on where you are to be collected and transferred to the ACE RENT A CAR office which is 5 minutes away. If you need to contact the location, please email acemanchesterairport@gmail.com or call +44-161-488-3000. On return of your vehicle, please RETURN TO THE OFFICE. The branch will take you back to the airport. Please allow an extra 10 minutes in case of busy periods. Shuttle is available 09:00 to 17:00. Customers who travel on train, the nearest train station is HEALD GREAN Station which is only 7 minutes walking distance.

When arriving on a flight please follow signs from the arrivals hall in T1 / T2 and T3 for the car rental center. Manchester’s Airport - Shuttle Information – Collecting your car: Dedicated car rental buses supplied by Manchester Airport depart from each terminal approx every 5 to 10 minutes to take customers to the Car Rental Village (Ring Way Road Manchester Airport M22 5WH) This service is free of charge. The transfer on the courtesy bus from the terminal to the car rental village will take approx ten minutes. Please note that the buses are branded with our logo and have ‘’Car Rental’’ written on them.

Catch the Delta Hotels shuttle bus from the terminal to our location. You must show your Hertz booking confirmation to the shuttle bus driver to avoid being charged to use the shuttle service: Terminal 1: Exit the Arrivals Hall and head towards the black cab rank. As you approach the black cab rank, you will see the hotel shuttle bus stops. Wait at BUS STOP D. Terminal 2: Exit the Arrivals Hall, turn right and follow the path to BUS STOP G. Terminal 3: Exit the terminal through the main doors on to the forecourt, turn right and head towards the hotel bus stops. Wait at BUS STOP D.

Please make your way outside of the terminal to the car hire bus stop located just outside terminals 1, 2 & 3 which is signposted from the arrivals hall. Manchester airport provides a free courtesy bus service which runs approximately every 10 minutes from the airport terminal to the car hire village. IMPORTANT - On arrival at the Europcar desk be sure to take a TICKET from the ticket machine & watch the screens for your ticket number to be called.

全体的に満足しています。スタッフはとても礼儀正しかったですが、車両のダメージ部分を記録していなかったため、確認のために何度も尋ねました。車両が少し古く、少しキズがありましたが、スタッフは「問題ありません、大丈夫です」と言い、iPadで電子サインをし手続きが完了しました。思ったよりも簡単でした。

まずまず良かったのですが、希望する車両がなくA4に変更され、さらに1日あたり20ポンド追加で請求されました。これは少し受け入れ難かったです。

チップカードだけを支援すると思っていたのに、まさか磁気カードブラシも过ぎ、全プロセスサービス、スタッフの解釈も承知して、手続きを踏むことも早く、24時間も車を自分はキーキーの箱に捨てた自助車、素敵なレンタカー会社

このグループにはSUV車両はなく、ステーションワゴンが一台あります。小さいのはとても多くて、車を取る時保険を勧誘しても買って、車を返した後にわけが分からなくてクレジットカードから200余りのランキングを引き落としました。

僕が借りた車のトランクには、タイヤを交換するための道具がなかった。パンク事故が起きたあと、車を路肩に乗せて、Alamoを待ったのは、ひとつの救援費用をかけることにほかならない。しかも、救助に連絡する電話がなかなかつながらない。英文が全部で、意思疎通がうまくいかない。

とても満足して、車はまだ無料でグレードアップして、左前輪ハブの傷があって、彼らはすべて大丈夫だと言って、とても満足した自走車は、半日で英国の運転習慣に慣れた。レンタカー会社の海外保険を買うことをお勧めして、少し高いですが、便利なので、前もって立て替えておく必要はありません。

Arnoldのマンチェスター空港の店舗は見つけにくく、他の大手企業とは別の場所にあります。間違ったシャトルバスに乗ってしまったため、店舗に連絡して彼らの送迎車を待つことになりました。店舗のサービスは良く、手続きは迅速に終わりました。今回の一番の問題は、新しいフォードモンデオの低価格旅行モデルを渡されたことです。20日間ずっと車内に革のにおいがこもり、窓を開けて運転しなければなりませんでした。返却時にこの点を伝えましたが、相手は謝罪したものの、実際の料金の減免はありませんでした。10月の価格としてはお得で、基本的には満足しています。

無料でアップグレードした小さいsuvはとても悪くなくて、車はきれいで新しいです。現地全保険の勧誘あり、丁寧にお断りします。レンタカーの順番待ちなんて、イギリス人の仕事は速いんですよえへへ。全体的にいいですね。無制限で1日10ポンドです。

サービス態度はとても良くて、特にお客様サービスのお兄さん。しかし、業務水準はそれに追いつかなければならない。第一に、私は荷馬車を待つのに1時間以上かけてシャトルを待った。2、ガソリン車1台をくれた口での注意と契約でも书きディーゼル車、加完ディーゼル車を切ったのは、私自身の连络に自動車の4 s店、初日から夜12時まで、午後3時に振り回され、あまり下宿は午前3時まで、こうして、私にも一人であちらなど4 s店の救援に、それを受け入れ、ツースター級は完全にサービス态度はいい。

店舗のスタッフのサービス態度はとても良かったです。他の保険を売り込むこともなく、車の状態も悪くありませんでした。ただ、初めて給油したときに多く入れすぎてしまい、返車時に満タンにする必要がありませんでしたが、余分に入れてしまいました。全体的に満足です。

疫病の期間中にレンタカーを借りる人が少ないせいか、処理速度が非常に速く、車を返してから半時間後に権利金が解除された。車体に傷があり、avisに記録されていなかったので、写真を撮ってよかった。車を返しながらスタッフにビデオを見せたところ、あっさりと認められた。バックミラーには傷がついていたが、話はされなかった。とにかく満足して、車を借りたavisは一言もなかった。avis会は少し高いですが、車が新しくて、とても価値があります。

とてもいいレンタカー会社で、私達の借りたのはC級のベンツで、車を取ったのはベンツE220Dで、やっと15126マイルを開いて、車の状況はとても良いです。車を取りに来る人が多くてしばらく待ったが、すぐにサービス員もあなたに保険をかけない。マンチェスター空港のチェックポイントには多くのブランドのレンタカー会社があり、Europcarのカウンターだけが併んでいる人が多く、他の人が多くないことは、私たちの選択が正しいことを証明している。車も非常に速く、検査員は車の周りを見回し、ダッシュボードを見て3分もしないうちにサインOKを出した。あまりにも急いでいたので、パソコンの充電器とIPADの充電器を後部座席に置き忘れた。翌日、ヒースロー空港のカウンターサービスのスタッフが電話をかけてきて、荷物が見つかったら取りに行けと言った。Europcarはおすすめのレンタカー会社で、今後需要があれば必ず彼らを探す。

マンチェスター空港ではピックアップがありますが、ヒースロー空港では降車ができませんでした。空港に行くために12ポンドを支払ってタクシーを使わなければならなかったです。イージーレントの車の種類は非常に少なく、全ての拠点は空港にありません。アビスやエンタープライズなどのもう少し有名なレンタカー会社とは異なります。そして、価格も安くなく、非常に失望しました。二度とイージーレントから借りません。
