When the Hertz counter is unattended, please use the self-service kiosk: 1. Verify your identity using a credit card (equipped with a microchip and a 4-digit PIN) and a driver's license. No other forms of verification are accepted. 2. Ensure the credit card is the same one used for the reservation and is registered under the main renter/driver's name. 3. The driver's license must be in Roman characters and the same size as a credit card. 4. Confirm that the credit card has sufficient balance to cover the deposit. 5. Retrieve the keys from the self-service kiosk by entering the code sent to you after electronically signing the rental contract. Vehicles at P10. Once outside the terminal building, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental parking P10 will be on your right.

スタッフの態度は良かったですが、非常に遅かったです。スタッフは一人だけで、前に4組の人が並んでいたため、手続きが終わるのに1時間半もかかりました。全ての車が清掃されておらず、とても混乱していました。しかし、車の状態は良かったので、ピックアップのプロセス以外は全体的に満足しました。

した空港の到着hertz門は见た、hertzレンタカーの列を、他の人を借りず、やっぱり大会社の民心を取り付けるのは車の原、鍵をhertzいい

シンプルでわかりやすく、彼らの保険を追加購入するかどうかを聞かれました。必要ないと言えば、それでOKです。デポジットの事前承認が終わると、すぐに鍵を受け取りました。

スタッフは意思疎通が辛抱強く、最初に与えた車はちょっと問題があったが、何も言わずに新しい車に乗り換えた。ヨーロッパ側の会社では、25歳か26歳以下の運転手に対して450クローナの料金をいくらか請求している。若者の方が事故に遭いやすいと考えているからだ。レンタカーは3日間で約2000クローナ、給油は約600クローナと悪くない。

車を持って帰るのは全部セルフサービスなので、わけもわからず費用を掛けてしまった。決算書にはまだ何の費用か書いてない。Qeeqで聞いたんですが、反応速度がすごく遅いので、一つのボタン代が何の項目か答えて、20日かかりました!効率が悪い!

車を取るのが順調で、手続きも何も速い。車を返すために、車のパーキング・ロットとQeeqの顧客サービスは、私に具体的に返すパーキング・ロットがどこにあるかを教えてくれなかったので、車を返す時に空港の前で何回か回りました。

予約時間より繰り上げて空港に着陸し、チャ手続きをすべて顺调に、受付の口车に単、パスポート、運転免許証、翻訳の件、クレジットカード留つた予算のライセンス(前qeeqで全代金を前払いして、万一と課徴金が例えば高速料を見直すなど)、10分後に情報を入力した後、車のキーをくれた、取りをした一枚の車に案内し、自らの箱を持って駐車場の車を探しに行きました。車の脇に着くと、作業員が車を動かしたり、除雪を手伝ったりしながら、注意事項を簡単に紹介してくれた。
