In order to give you a better rental experience, please provide the flight number at the time of booking. Once you collect the luggage and are ready to leave the airport, please call/contact the rental company via +971 0521718977（same as WhatsApp） and advise your location. It takes 15 minutes for the representative of the rental car company to deliver the vehicle from the store to the airport, and the rental procedures will be done at the airport. Please note that if you are unable to leave the airport 10 minutes after the staff has paid the parking fee, any additional parking fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

全体的に満足していますが、車を受け取る際に、ドバイT1ターミナルには店舗がないことが分かり、レンタカー会社に電話で連絡して、T1 A2駐車場に車を届けるよう手配しました。（T1到着口を出て、他のレンタカー会社の手続き店舗の前を通過し、エレベーターで一階上がればA2駐車場に到着します。レンタカー店舗がある場合はこのエリアで車の受け渡しが行われます。rental car officeのオフィスもこの付近にあります）。他のレンタカー会社の店舗前で待っていると、drivusのスタッフが車を届けてくれました。連絡してから車を受け取るまで約1時間ほどかかりました。 現地で50ディルハムの空港駐車料金を支払いましたが、QEEQに連絡して返金してもらいました。また、現地で2000ディルハムの事前承認をクレジットカードで支払い、その後1週間以内に解除され、高速料金などの追加費用は一切請求されませんでした。これは予想外で驚きました。 レンタカーを借りる際は、予約者自身の名義のVisaまたはMasterCard実物のクレジットカードで事前承認を行い、車両の外観と燃料ゲージの状態をビデオや写真で記録してください。 私はトヨタカムリを予約しましたが、現地で受け取ったのはMG5で、スタッフは「同じクラス」と説明しました。しかし実際にはかなりの差がありました。QEEQに連絡するとすぐに車両の差額を返金してくれたので、好印象でした。 返却時はT1 A2駐車場に車を戻し、現地でdrivusの服を着たスタッフを見つけて、店舗に電話で連絡し車を引き渡しました。損傷がないことや追加費用がないことを確認して手続きは迅速に完了しました。（A2駐車場へのナビの最適ルートは、Wazeでドバイ空港T1ターミナルの出発階を目的地に設定してください。目的地近くで分岐点がありますが、左側がA2駐車場への道、右側がT1出発口に続く道です。左側を選んで進むとA2駐車場に到着します。） ナビはWazeがおすすめです。道路の車線数や事前に車線変更する必要がある箇所がよく分かるほか、速度制限の情報も通知してくれます。ドバイやアブダビの住居エリアにはカメラが非常に多いので注意が必要です。高速の制限速度は120km/hから140km/hですが、レンタル車は120km/hを超えると警告音が鳴ります。

海外では通常、自分で車を受け取る形式のようです。空港から出てサービスカウンターで手続きを済ませ、その後自分で上の階にある駐車場まで行き車を受け取ります。駐車場の場所は2人に尋ねてようやく見つけました。サービススタッフが車を駐車場まで運転してくれるのを待つ必要がありました。ただし、車は満タンではなく、返却時に少し多めに給油しましたが、差額は返ってきませんでした。車は比較的新しく、予約した三菱ではなく日産に変更されていました。同じタイプの車かもしれません。返却時には十分な時間を確保してください。駐車場内に自力で車を停める位置を見つけ、その後レンタカー会社のスタッフを呼んで車両をチェックしてもらう必要があります。このチェックは非常に細かく行われます。また、ドライバーを1名追加する場合、毎日50円の追加料金がかかるのはあまり合理的ではないと思います。

T3店舗での受け取りと返却を強くおすすめします！Dubai Mall店舗は避けてください！借りた車はトヨタ・カローラの低グレードモデルで、速度制限が120km/hに設定されており、高速道路で120km/hを超えると警告音が鳴ります。速度違反の罰金を避けられるというメリットはあります。本来はT3店舗で受け取り、Dubai Mall店舗で返却する予定でしたが、Dubai Mallは広すぎてナビの案内が正確ではなく、店舗に電話しても分かりづらかったです。約1.5時間も迷ってしまい、仕方なくもう1日延長してT3店舗で返却することに変更しました。

本当にひどい体験でした。車を貸してくれない上に、返金もしてくれませんでした。私が運転免許証の原本を持っておらず（電子版を提示したが認められなかった）同行者が原本を持っていたため、運転手を変更すれば解決するはずですが、それを拒否されました。そして再度新たにレンタルしろと言われただけでなく、追加料金を取られそうになりました。結局、6日間分の料金を丸ごと取られ、別の店舗で借り直しました。この店には近づかない方が良いでしょう。

レンタカー会社はかなり良かったです。車を受け取りに行く際に、スタッフが車のアップグレードを提案してくれましたが、アップグレードした車はサイズが大きすぎたため、元の車を選びました。ただし、今回のレンタル手続きと実際の受け取り対応は異なるスタッフが行い、オフィスで対応してくれたスタッフのサービスは非常に良かったですが、実際に車を案内してくれたスタッフの対応はあまり良くありませんでした。まず、車に小さな傷や凹みがあり、燃料タンクが満タンではありませんでした。これらを自分で写真に撮って記録し、スタッフに報告する必要がありましたが、スタッフがこれを事前に説明してくれることはありませんでした。また、車に乗った直後、そのスタッフが駐車料金を負担しなければならない可能性があるためか、早く駐車場を出るよう急かされました。そのため、車の状態を確認する時間がほとんどなかったです。スマートフォンの充電やCarPlayの設定ですら十分な時間がありませんでした。

とてもひどい経験でした。約束を守らず、説明もなく、効率が非常に低いです。時間を浪費しました。海外では無力感を味わいたくないなら、ここは試さない方がいいです。状況はこうでした。事前にレンタカー会社と微信で連絡を取り、空港近くのアロフトホテルに車を届けてもらう打ち合わせをしました。彼らは対応可能だと言ったので、朝8時に約束しましたが、実際には11時にようやく車を届けました。その間に遅刻の理由として「人手が足りず、他のお客様に対応していた」と言い訳され、許してもらいたいと言われました。予約を事前にしていたのになぜ3時間も待たされなければならなかったのでしょうか？これだけでなく、車を受け取る際にも何の説明もありませんでした。車の使い方、どのガソリンを使うべきか、返却場所の詳細さえ何も教えてくれず、ただ「私はパキスタン出身で友達だ」と繰り返すのみ。そんな態度で友達とはおかしな話です。そして車の状態確認もなく、ほぼ廃車に近い車を渡され、燃料も全く入っていない状態でした。ホテルに戻ったらバッテリーが上がり、車は全く動かなくなり、助けを求めて電話をしましたが、「5分後に現場に行く」と言われただけで、その後一切電話に出ませんでした。かけてもすぐに切られ、微信でも返事がありません。最終的にプラットフォームに助けを求めてようやく連絡が取れましたが、このプラットフォームもほとんど役に立たず、「相手に連絡を取る」と言うだけで、進展がなく電話代が無駄になるだけでした。最終的に新しい車を受け取ったのは18時で、一日の予定が全て台無しになりました。本当に最悪でした。砂漠で故障しなかったのが唯一の救いで、そうでなければ命の危険もあり得たと思います。ホテルのスタッフも呆れていました。

ドバイ空港で荷物を受け取った後、レンタカー会社の窓口がすぐに見つかります（主要ブランドが一箇所に集まっています）。とても見つけやすいです。手続きが終わったら、3番ゲートの通路から入ると、車の受け取りカウンターが見え、鍵を受け取って車を受け取ることができ、とても便利で効率的です。スタッフもとても親切で、直接店頭で保険を購入するともっと安いと教えてくれました。 Googleナビを使ったのですが、ドバイでは車の速度が速く、分岐も多いです。コツとしては、道路番号に従って運転すれば良いです（例えばE86）。英語の道路名にこだわらないでください。
