不満です。遅れて到着したため店舗が閉まっていて車を受け取れず、翌日に延ばされましたが、午後まで車を渡せないと言われました。非常に融通が利きません。3日間のレンタルなのに、1日無駄にしてしまいました。もっと良い車に交換して欲しいです。
一日中無駄にしてしまい、気持ちが落ち込みました。
