It's expected that for a low cost car rental there will be no counter in the airport. But there is no sign at all of Alpha anywhere. I needed to ask information center to get an Alpha phone # and callthem, very poor service!Their office is also under staff too. Further gas not full tank, only 3/4 full. I only noticed that after I drove the car to the highway. This was my fault and at the same I felt being cheated!
