There is no counter in the airport,so while u arrived that u have to call them first. I called them and meet them out side of the airport gate 1. I would like to suggest GREEN MATRIX to set up a counter inside of the airport and thatwill be more convenient toサーブyour customers .

空港を出るとすぐにレンタカー会社のスタッフが見えます。手続きや車の受け取りも比較的便利です。利用最終日に駐車場で壁に少し擦ったので、車を返す際に400リンギットの賠償を求められました。最後に値切って180リンギットの支払いとなりました。主に急いで飛行機に乗る必要があったためです。実際にはレンタカー時に保険に加入していたので、この額は保険の賠償金額内に収まるべきでしたが、レンタカー会社のスタッフは手間がかかると言って、同意しませんでした。私たちは急いでいたため、議論する余裕もなくお金を払って立ち去りました。
