Local driver's permit (valid for 3 months) is a compulsory requirement. The Permit will be issued and charged by the rental agent on arrival (20 USD). Please note however that a new mandate has been issued by the Government indicating that as of October 1, 2021, all travelers arriving in Antigua must be fully vaccinated.
