Customers must provide their email address, phone number and flight number so that we can contact them with further instructions on how to pick up the car. The reservation must be made in the main driver's name otherwise afterhours pick-up cannot be facilitated. An additional charge of 75.00 EUR applies for afterhours pick-ups. AFTER HOURS RETURN: Vehicles can be returned 24/7 at this rental location. Please park the vehicle in the Enterprise/Alamo/National branded spots at the Airport parking. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all your personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the dropbox which is located inside the terminal building next to Enterprise service desk. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day. No additional charges apply for returns outside our opening hours.

車の左後部タイヤ圧センサーが半壊するまでタイヤ圧不足を示していたが,レンタカー会社の電話指導でタイヤ圧を点検したところ問題はなかった。車は直ちにオイルを検査しないで、オイルの半分くらいになったら警察に通報する。車は警察に通報していた。
