メインドライバーおよび追加ドライバーは、自分の名前での完全な運転免許証を提供する必要があります。免許証には、重大な違反がないことが求められます。免許証を持っている期間は少なくとも1 年以上になります。

外国人のユーザーの場合、下記の書類が必要でございます：

Original driving licence + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

レンタカーを予約する際、料金にETCが含まれていることを指摘したが、ニコニコレンタカーに到着した際、すでにETCの在庫がないので貸してもらえないと社員に言われた。だから最後までKyushu expressway pass (KPE)を使うことができなくて、有料パスを使うたびに現金を払わなければならなくて、とても不便です!とても高い! 日本語が分からない人は、ETC通路より100倍も複雑な一般通路を利用することを望むことができるだろうか。この人生の再用もないニコニコ.
