Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Located in the baggage claim area, except Southwest Airlines Terminal. Southwest customers must take the Budget shuttle bus from the East terminal. The airport counters close at 10PM daily. ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM: Proceed to the Avis counter for assistance. For Southwest Airlines customers, the Budget shuttle will run until 11PM. After that, renter will need to look for the Avis shuttle outside the baggage claim area. CARS: Customer will be shuttled to the vehicles. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Customer will be shuttled back to the terminal. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Customer must return keys & contract to the Security booth at the airport. Location will mail a copy of closed rental agreement to the customer.

An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
