Proceed outside to the rental car parking stalls. Follow the Budget signs. RETURNS: From I-10 (east or west), exit at Haven Ave & go south. Turn right on Airport Dr. & left onto Rental Car Rd. Proceed to the Ground Transportation Center, which is on the corner of Airport Dr & Haven Ave.
