Important Reminder !!! Please be informed that we do not operate a service counter inside Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Our rental office is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from the airport, and complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all confirmed reservations. KLIA Airport Vehicle Pick-Up Instructions Kindly refer to the appropriate arrival terminal instructions below. 1. Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed to KLIA1 - Arrival Hall located on Level 3 or KLIA2 - Arrival Hall located on Level 2. 2. If at KLIA1, exit through Gate 6 and walk towards Door 6; if at KLIA2, exit through Gate 3 located at the front-left side of the arrival area. 3. Kindly proceed to the outermost lane near Pillar 12, where our representative will be waiting to assist you. 4.
