Upon your arrival: After your flight arrives and you have collected your baggage, please contact us via SNS or by phone. A staff member will come to pick you up in about 15 minutes. Pick-up locations: International Terminal → Bus Stop No. 98 Domestic Terminal → Bus Stop No. 30 ※ A handling fee of 10000 yen per occurrence will be charged for vehicle pick-up or return outside of business hours.

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
Hongkong Driving License in China + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
Only A6-sized 1949 IDP is supported for picking up the car.
