1. Please contact our staff in advance by email (carhomerentalandservices@gmail.com) or by call/text at +1-825-886-6861 / +1-780-953-8985 to confirm your flight arrival time. 2. Estimated pick-up waiting time: During busy periods, please allow up to 45 minutes, as vehicles are handed over in order of arrival. 3. Airport pickup service: Must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance with your flight details provided. Upon arrival, please contact our staff and proceed to Door #16. Our representative will meet you there and escort you to the branch for rental formalities. If you arrive outside business hours, you may complete check-in and vehicle inspection directly at the parking lot. 4. Airport shuttle reservation: Required at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up Time & Fees 1. Monday–Friday 09:00–16:59 → Free airport shuttle (must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance) 2. Outside business hours → +$100 (payable at pick-up) 5. Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed.

This documents the vehicle’s condition and provides timestamped proof of pickup/return. In your email, include your name, pickup time, and license plate/reservation number. 3. Damage → photos+inspection → estimate; loss-of-use per repair day. Advance now, claim later; with CDW pay up to deductible (exclusions apply). 4. Deposit Return: If there is no damage or incidental charges, your security deposit will be refunded to the original credit card within 3–14 business days. 5. Fuel Policy: Return fuel level must match the pickup level. Any shortfall will be charged at fuel cost + $50.00 admin fee.
