Vehicle Collection at Wellington City Ferry Terminals 1. Once you have arrived at the Ferry Terminal and are ready to be collected, call our office on 0800 502 277 to request a shuttle. 2. Our Ace shuttle bus will pick you up from the Bluebridge and Interislander terminals near the Taxi Stand. 3. You will then be taken to collect your car at the Ace city branch, located at 38/44 Hania Street, Wellington.4.There is no Afterhours or Key drop off at this location. If you are running late and you won't be able to collect your rental car at the allocated time, it is important to get in touch with the branch you are collecting from so that we can make alternate arrangements. Call our toll free number at 0800 502 277 and we will do our best to accommodate. Note: Shuttle service is not available on weekends,please go to the location to pick up the car.
