After your order is successful, we will send you an email inviting you to add you as a social media friend. After the plane lands, the staff on social media platforms (Watesapp, LINE, WeChat) will deliver the vehicle to the 8th floor of the T3 terminal parking lot at Haneda Airport according to your scheduled time for handover procedures. Please note: The normal business hours of the company are from 09:00 to 20:00. If you change the pickup or return order time to a time outside of 09:00-8:00, a fee will be charged and additional fees will be charged during business hours.
