The Avis rental counter is located on the first level of the parking garage. Local renters go to car lot. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs stating "Arrivals" and "Rental Car Return." The "Rental Car Return" signs will lead you directly to the rental counter. The Consolidated Rental Car Facility is located on the 1st floor of the Parking Garage.
