They will lead to the CONRAC, Avis return lanes are on the 4th floor. WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for baggage claim. It is best to be dropped off between pillars 58-64, and cross the street into the CONRAC facility. Proceed to the Avis counter on the second floor. LOCAL RENTERS: follow airport signs for baggage claim. It is best to be dropped off between pillars 58-64, and cross the street into the CONRAC facility.
