As the car pick-up/return location is not a physical store, our staff will drive each car to the designated location based on the scheduled time. Please ensure that you pick up and return the car at the specified time and location. 2. The car rental company offers a free waiting time of up to 20 minutes (from 8:30 to 20:00). If the guest fails to arrive within this time frame, it will be considered a no-show, and the staff will leave promptly without any refund. 3. If you need to wait longer, a waiting fee of 500JPY per 10 minutes (between 8:30 and 20:00) will apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but due to scheduling constraints, we may not always be able to offer the option of "charged waiting." 4. Additional fees may apply for a re-delivery of the car. However, please note that due to scheduling and other factors, we may not always be able to fulfill this request.

Taiwan Driving License + Japan Translation Version
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
According to the Japanese Road Traffic Law, if you use IDP to drive in Japan, [this time entering] Japan must be 3 months from [last time leaving] Japan. American driver's license and China Taiwan driver's license are excluded.
