When arriving customers will proceed inside the Budget office located at the address of 335A S Franklin St then the customer will proceed outside, turn right, and walk down and into the ground floor of the Traders parking garage. Please take the elevator to the 5th floor then follow sings to where the vehicles are parked. VEHICLES: On-Site in the 5th floor of the Traders parking garage.
