Before picking up the car, Big Thumb will contact you in order to confirm the meeting time and location. A representative from Big Thumb will meet you at the airport. Please note that pick-up outside office hours (08:00 - 20:00) is ssubject to an extra fee of MYR 50. If you have booked a pick-up time outside office hours, the fee has already been paid during the order.
