Airport Terminal Instructions Avis is located in the Rental Car Center at 3057 Terminal Dr, Hebron, KY at Cincinnati/N Kentucky Intl Apo. The Rental Car Center is now a part of the CVG Terminal - no need to get on a shuttle. Rental car pick up or drop off will take place in the new consolidated and connected Rental Car Center. If flying: Avis cars will now be accessible by walking from baggage claim - no shuttles needed. Follow Terminal signage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal. RETURNS: The return lot is available for early returns starting at 3:00 am Monday-Friday and 4:00 am on Saturday/Sunday. Local renters go to car lot. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis car rental lot.
