When you arrive at Menorca Airport (Arrivals hall), please go to the meeting point located in the Parking area.To do so, exit the terminal by the exit in the arrivals hall, and just in front you’ll find the Parking area and the Meeting Point. There you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the terminal to our office in less than 2 minutes.

The curtesy shuttle bus of Dollar brand will be waiting for you at the meeting point (“punto de encuentro”) of the outdoor parking out of the terminal. To get there, please leave the terminal and follow the signs to the parking and to the meeting point, which is located at the far left of the parking.

The meeting point is located outside the Arrivals Hall in the Public Car Park – P1.nIndications Meeting Point:nAfter collecting their luggage, the customers have to follow the indications to the Public Car Park P1.nThey have to walk straight through the car park until they reach the centre and turn left. They will find the Meeting point with seats and our Courtesy Bus.nIMPORTANT: The customers do NOT have to go to the Rent-A-Car Car Park, they have to go to the Public Car Park

To find our courtesy bus, you will need to leave the arrivals hall and go to the public parking lot P1 in front of the terminal. Once in the car park, turn left following the signs for “Parking Meeting Point”, where you will find our courtesy bus. Follow the following instructions to the meeting point and contact the minibus telephone number at (+34) 608 022 626. レンタカー会社は国際運転免許証の翻訳証明を認めてくれませんでした。予約時には使用可能と書かれていたのにです。スタッフは指定されたウェブサイトで独自の国際運転免許証の認証を申請するよう要求し、一番安いものでも35ドルかかりました。実際には非常に簡単で、申請と支払いが完了した直後に即レンタルが可能になり、確認メールを待つことすらありませんでした。スタッフの態度は非常に悪く、高慢でした。35ドルの申請すらしたくない理由を理解できないと言い続けていました。なぜ追加料金を払わないといけないのでしょうか？強制的な消費を疑っています。最終的にレンタル会社が35ドルの補償をしてくれたので満足していますが、レンタカー会社には何らかの罰や抗議が必要だと感じます。

説明はまあまあですが、細かいところ(ガソリンや軽油を入れるとか、敷金がいつ返却されるとか)は、自分からサービスマンに聞いてみましょう。

サービスはとても良くて、私のクレジットカードの支払いができないため、店に行って再度のリストを開くことしかできなくて、Qeeq上の注文は無効にすることしかできなくて、しかしGOLDCARの店員は近い方法は私達の問題を解決して、結局順調にレンタカーを借ります。に比べ、qeeqの価格は安い、推薦
