Follow the signs to the baggage claims, where you will find our counters accessible from that area. Our office is located next to Ibiza airport. When you arrive at Ibiza airport, please go to the meeting point located in the public car park P1.Exit the Terminal building, cross over and go to the Parking building and take the lift to the 1st floor. The meeting point is in Parking South 1 at the back. There you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the arrival's terminal to our office. Upon arrival, leave the terminal and you will have parking 1 in front of you. Go up to the first floor and go to the meeting point in parkin number 934. Once you have collected your luggage, exit the terminal, and cross the pedestrian crossing until you reach the P1 parking building. Take the elevator and go up to the first floor. Head towards the parking spaces painted in yellow, between spaces 924 and 943, where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.

Our vehicles are delivered at our office adjacent to the airport located at Carrer Sant Jordi 30, Can Frigoles Industrial Estate, 07817 Sant Jordi, Ibiza. Our courtesy bus will pick up customers at the Parking P1 Parking. Upon exiting the terminal, cross the crosswalk and head towards P1. Go through the kiss & fly zone and go up to the first floor. Locate the spaces near 943. Our shuttle will pick you up there.

私たちはアウディA3を予約しましたが、フィアットという最も安い車を提供されました。QQに似た車です。スペイン人の店員の女性が、これが同クラスの車だと言いながら急いでいて無礼な態度でした。私は車両の購入価格を比較し、これらが同じクラスでないことを指摘しました。そして、職業倫理に注意するよう促しました。無教養で粗野な態度はやめ、私たちの休暇の気分を台無しにしないでほしいと伝えました。その場では口論になり、注目を集めることに。その後、男性スタッフが彼女と話し、彼女の態度が改まりました。最終的にはアウディQ3を提供されました。これらのスペイン人は農業出身の人が多く、教育があまり行き届いていないことがあります。このような状況に直面したら毅然と主張し、騙されないようにしましょう。

100ユーロの保険を勧められ、購入しないと1300ユーロの仮押さえをすると言われましたが、保険を断ってもスタッフの態度は良かったです。車の受け取りと返却はスムーズでした。さらに新しい車をもらいました。

ibizaはP3などのshuttle busで車を取り、お店に配達します。車を取りに行く時は車の番号を取って併べなければなりません。待ち時間は長いですが、サービスはとても良くて、車の各方面はすべて悪くありません。車を返すのと取りに行くのは同じ場所ではありませんが、すぐ隣にあります。車の流れが速くて、空港まで無料でshuttleバスで8分です。全体的に満足です!

車はまあまあ良いが、車の受け取り方法が不明確で指示がない。効率が悪く、英語しか通じないので、スペイン語が必要な場合はこの会社を利用しない方がいい。
